PolDeck MD Trapezoidal T
High resistance to chemicals and atmospheric agents
PolDeck MD is a roof sandwich panel with a core of rigid polyurethane (PU) foam, an inner lining of polyester resin, laminated – hence the name laminate, reinforced with glass fiber, and fixed to the substructure with a fastener passing through the entire thickness of the panel. The number of fasteners is determined by load tables and design loads.
The outer facing is metal, as in standard TD roof panels. The PolDeck MD panel is designed mainly for use in livestock buildings, where there is an elevated concentration of aggressive substances that increase the corrosiveness of the environment.
The PolDeck MD panel is also suitable for use in horticulture, storage facilities, warehouses, cattle sheds, and poultry houses, in buildings with a roof pitch of at least 4° (7%) for continuous panels and 6° (10%) for panels joined lengthwise, with skylights, etc.
