Europanels has a state-of-the-art, computer-controlled folding machine that is among the best in its class. It is operated using a touchscreen panel, where the flashing is first drawn, then the dimensions and angles are adjusted with very high precision. The manufacturing process of the element is then checked to eliminate any potential collisions between the bent edges. Finally, the prepared metal sheets are fed into the machine, and shortly afterwards a finished element is produced exactly according to the entered data under the supervision of the operator. The sheet is held by hydraulically controlled “fingers”, bent in both directions (upwards and downwards), and moved automatically while maintaining very high precision.
