For the comprehensive finishing of a building, it is essential to use the Europanels flashings. Using Europanels system flashings guarantees long-term and safe operation of the building.

Our qualified staff will help you choose the right flashings for the panels you purchase.

We can perform machining with the following parameters:

  • Thickness of stainless steel sheets: 1.0 mm
  • Thickness of steel sheets: up to 1.5 mm
  • Thickness of aluminum sheets: up to 2.0 mm
  • Minimum flattening: 15 mm
  • Maximum length of the finished piece: 6,4 m
  • Maximum sheet input width: 1,250 mm
  • Maximum bending angle: 140°
  • Possibility of making several elements at the same time (e.g. 3 x 2 m; 2 x 3 m)

Why order machining from Europanels?

  • Quick production of standard flashings from Europanels catalog matched to the range of panels
  • possibility to make individual flashings according to customer’s drawing
  • 100% repeatable dimensions (important mainly for maintaining equal sections and bending angles in mass production)
  • any length of made elements (max up to 6.4 m)
  • each piece can have a tapered end for perfect joining along the length (flashings slide in at 50mm, which compensates for the thickness of the sheets giving an even outer edge)
  • possibility to make flashings with very sophisticated shapes

What do we produce our treatments on?

The highest quality of products is guaranteed by the latest CNC double bending machine

Europanels has a best-in-class, state-of-the-art computer-controlled bending machine. It is operated by a touch panel, on which the machining is first drawn, then the dimensions and angles are corrected with very high accuracy, then the way the part is made is checked to eliminate possible collisions of the bent edges. Finally, prepared sheets of metal sheets are fed in and after a while you get the finished part, which the bending machine performs exactly according to the entered data under the supervision of the operator. The sheet metal is gripped by hydraulically controlled “fingers”, bent in both directions (up and down), moved automatically with very high precision.
