Responsibilities:
- Support in managing the implementation of investment projects of the industrial sector in accordance with the provisions of the
- Agreements and rules of the Company within the established budget and schedule
- Support for the project manager in conducting investments in the industrial sector
- Participation in the creation of the project budget and control of its implementation
- Participation in the development of the project schedule and control of its implementation
- Analysis and optimization of technical documentation; participation in meetings with the design department
- Participation in the organization and conduct of tenders and negotiations with contractors and suppliers for the scope of the
- technological equipment and construction works
- settlement of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Conducting coordination meetings, technical meetings; supervising the progress of the technological installation and its compliance with the technical documentation
- Participation in the commissioning of mechanical and technological industrial installations
- Participation in the creation of quotations and development of offers
Requirements:
- University degree in chemical and process engineering, chemistry, oil&gas, power engineering, etc.
- Knowledge of construction law and the stages of the investment process
- Knowledge of reading and creating P&ID diagrams of process plants is welcome
- Very good oral and written English language skills
- Developed communication skills; ability to work in a team; decisiveness
- reliability, meticulousness, good organization of work
- Good knowledge of MS Office, 3D environment (Autodesk Navisworks), MS Project; AutoCad
- Willingness to travel in Poland; business trips of 2 or 3 days on site, 3 or
- 2 days in the Warsaw office. To be determined and depending on the needs of the particular stage of the project
