Najnowsza, przełomowa technologia izolacji dachów płaskich metodą „2 w 1” (zintegrowane funkcje hydro- i termoizolacji) wykorzystuje płyty ze sztywnej pianki PU pokryte fabrycznie warstwą hydroizolacji ze specjalizowanej membrany dachowej. Maksymalnie uproszczony układ jednowarstwowy pozwala na oszczędności czasu montażu o ok. 50% w porównaniu do systemów wielowarstwowych. Fabryczne zespolenie warstwy hydroizolacji z izolacją termiczną zapobiega powstawaniu pustych przestrzeni, co znacznie poprawia wydajność i trwałość układu. Mocowanie płyt do podłoża betonowego lub stalowego (blacha trapezowa) przy pomocy systemowych układów teleskopowych. Styki płyt zgrzewane fałdami zakładu membrany dachowej. Dostępny pełen zestaw akcesoriów montażowych.

CECHY SZCZEGÓLNE

Bardzo dobre parametry termoizolacyjne. Duży zakres grubości (80, 100, 125, 140, 175mm). Jednowarstwowy układ hydroizolacji (membrana dachowa 1,2 mm jako okładzina zewnętrzna płyt). Odporność na ściskanie 120 kPa (przy 10% odkształceniu). Klasa reakcji na ogień B-s2, d0. Klasyfikacja odporności ogniowej REI 20. Odporność na ogień zewnętrzny B_ROOF (t1). Płyty standardowo dostępne w formatkach 1000 × 2400 mm (szer. × dł.). Na indywidualne zamówienie możliwość zoptymalizowania długości płyt do wymiarów dachu (zmniejszenie ilości połączeń poprzecznych). Doskonała odporność na zmiany temperatur i promieniowanie UV. Zgodność z normą PN-EN 13165:2010.

PolTherma SOFT panels are insulating panels made of rigid foam PU. The use of PolTherma SOFT panels offers a number of tangible benefits both during installation and during operation of the building.
