PolDeck TD Trapezoidal T
Roof panel ideal for construction
PolDeck TD from Europanels’ product range is a roof sandwich panel with a rigid polyurethane (PU) foam core, attached to the substructure with a fastener that passes through the entire thickness of the panel.
PolDeck TD is a sandwich panel of universal character and is suitable for mixed-use buildings with a roof pitch of at least 4° (7%) for continuous boards and 6° (10%) for boards joined at length with skylights, etc.

It is very important to properly measure the length of PolDeck TD panels to be installed, in order to avoid the situation of ordering too long (unnecessary waste), or too short panels (which sometimes makes installation impossible at all). The lengths of the boards should be specified in the construction project. They can also be measured on the basis of the finished construction. The ordering party is responsible for the measurement.
The roof support structure, designed for the installation of PolDeck TD sandwich panels, can be steel, wood or reinforced concrete. For each of these types of construction, different mounting screws from the Europanels range are used.
Be sure to maintain the proper spacing of the purlins, their profile, length and width, according to the construction project. The support structure is the load-bearing structure for the panels, which transfer snow, wind and rain loads to it.
Due to the impact of sunlight and the strong heating of the roof surface, it is recommended to make the roof panels in white (e.g. RAL 9010), as well as the use of expansion joints and joining the panels along their length – “shortening” a single section of the panel. In this way, it is possible to properly “work” the panels on the structure and compensate for changes in the length of the cladding.
